At one month old Jack is...
Eating 3oz bottles about 6-7 times per day...Sleeping from around 9pm to 9am going three to four hour stretches between feedings. He is normally good about going right back to sleep after feedings at night and I am only usually up for about 30 minutes three times during the night (around midnight, four and seven)...He LOVES to be held and will sleep much longer and deeper if someone is holding him! All the books say babies can't be spoiled at this age...but I am not so sure!
When he is awake during the day he likes to watch ceiling fans or look at mommy while I am feeding him. He's enjoyed his activity mat a few times...but hasn't quite figured out all those rattles and mirror are for playing with. He will just lay on his back and stare at them for a few minutes before crying to be picked up. He loves to be walked around the house...either with someone holding him or with daddy carrying him in the baby bjorn.
We took him on his first overnight out of town trip this past weekend to a friends lake house and he did so well! He loved all the extra attention and slept great. I am starting to think he gets bored at home during the day because he is always SO good when we get out of the house!

He is adorable! Enjoy those quiet nice days at home, in 2 years he will be bored at home and then he will be able tell you exactly where he wants to go. If it were up to Callie we would go go go all day long!
